REGULATIONS – RESIDENCE VILLA ROSA
1. For entry and stay at Residence Villa Rosa the registration of each single person is compulsory. It is not possible to add beds other than those provided and present, in the type of apartment booked.
2. The booking is valid with the payment of a deposit and payment in full upon arrival.
3. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the total period of stay booked will be charged.
4. VISIT OF NON GUESTS : visits to the Residence of friends and relatives must be previously authorized by the Management. Guests are not allowed to let persons that are not staying at Residence into their apartment without prior authorization. Overnight, the presence of strangers in every environment of the apartmen and the Residence is SEVERLY PROHIBITED.
5. From 1pm to 3pm and from 11.30pm to 9am MAXIMUM SILENCE is requested in all areas above in the swimming pool. The sport area (soccer, tennis, bowls, ping-pong, volleyball/badminton) IS CLOSED from 1pm to 3pm. Volumes (TV, rado, etc …) must be ALWAYS kept to a minimum.
6. SWIMMIMG POOL RULES : MAXIMUM SILENCE from 1pm to 3pm, SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING the POOL (rinse inflatable beds and water games), NO RUNNING, NO PUSHING, NO DIVING CLOSE TO OTHER BATHERS OR IN SHALLOW WATER.
7. Sun beds and beach umbrellas are EXCLUSIVELY for the pool area and solarium terrace. We also ask our kind guests not to move them into the apartments. Sun beds cannot be reserved with towels.
8. The Parking-places in the Residence und the one in Garda are both UNGUARDED
9. The Management may enter the apartments, in case of emergency or for repairs, EVEN in the absence of the guests.
10. Animals are allowed, but only with a valid health card and with their equipment, bed, blanked, etc.
11. For bikers we have a free, reserved unguarded garage. IT IS SEVERLY PROHIBITED TO TAKE BIKES INTO THE APARTMENT or LEAVE THEM IN THE ENTRANCE/STAIRWELLS.
12. For the safety of our guests, Residence Villa Rosa has an anti-intrusion alarm system with video survillance, but the Management does not assume any responsibility for any thefts or loss. Every apartment has its own safe, use is free for all our clients. Residence Villa Rosa is in no way responsible of client's valuables. Each guest must take care of all personal items.
13. DAMAGES : customers are asked not to damage or remove furniture and objects in the apartments and common areas. It is not permitted to move around the furniture in the apartments. Clients are held to pay all damages. ANY DAMAGES TO THE APARTMENT NOT COMMUNICATED WITHIN THREE HOURS OF ARRIVAL WILL BE DEBITED TO THE CLIENT STAYING AT THAT TIME.
14. It is severely prohibited to damage the plants and facilities of Residence Villa Rosa. All damages incurred will be debited to the client.
15. It is possible that a deposit may be asked, which will be returned to the client at the end of stay after verification of integrity of the apartment or of any objects hired from the Residence.
16. All waste MUST BE DIFFERENTIATED and places in the appropriate bins (plastic & tins/cans, paper, glass, organic waste and non recyclable waste). Waste in the pool area must also be differentiated. The disposal of waste is charged to the customer. For info please ask at the Reception.
17. Prices of our apartments include (water, electricity, gas, bed linen, safe, …) and final cleaning of the apartment. Cleaning of the kitchen area (and dishes), waste disposal is not included. Please leave the fridge clean and switched off.
18. Minors are only allowed accompanied by parents and adults relative. Parents are responsible of behavior and safety of the minor and they must always be accompanied when using the various facilities. Loud games are not allowed which could disturb the tranquility of the other guests of Residence Villa Rosa in public areas and in the individual apartments. THE CONSUMPTION OR BUYING OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTKY PROHIBITED BY ITALIAN LAW BY PERSONS UNDER 18.
19. All infectious deceases must be declared immediately to the Management
20. Any objects found on the grounds of Residence Villa Rosa must be handed to the Management, so that they can be given back the owners.
21. In all the internal spaces of Residence Villa Rosa and above all in the apartments SMOKING is severly PROHIBITED. Any abuse will incur a fine from € 250,00 to € 500,00. Any traces of odours and/or damages to objects caused by cigarettes will be debited to the client. Obviously our guests can smoke on the balconies and/or terraces.
22. It is SERVERLY PROHIBITED TO LIGHT ANY TYPE OF FIRE (BAR-B-Q) IN THE APARTMENTS AND ON THE BALCONIES OR TERRACES. At Residence Villa Rosa there are free Bar-B-Q areas for use of our guests.
23. The KyosK.One Pool Bistrò is open during the same period as the swimming pool from 1st May to the 15th October
24. The Management is not responsible of vandalism, accidents due to unknown causes and of personal injury or property resulting from natural calamities.
25. RESPONSIBILITY : Our responsibility, in case of unexpected that render impossible the continuation of the holiday (eg: important breakdown of facilities) is limited to a refund of the unused portion of the lease without any additional claims. In the case we will do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.
26. Complaints about the behaviour of other guests must be made to the Management, who will take appropriate measure. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO TAKE ANY PERSONAL ACTION. The Management reserves the right to send away from Residence Villa Rosa anyone responsible of acts of vandalism, harassment, or violation of this Regulation.
27. Entry to Residence Villa Rosa implies acceptance and full compliance with this REGULATION which could be integrated, in part, by additional rules that the Management considers appropriate to improve the functioning of the Residence.
We would like to wish you a pleasant holiday, allowing other guests to also enjoy a well deserved rest in our Residence, that will be YOUR home during these holidays on Lake Garda, and we hope also in the future. Thank you for your kind collaboration and cromprehension.

1. SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT
Data controller, pursuant to art. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is Paolo Bertamè per Residence Villa Rosa S.A.S. - via della Pace, 7 - 37016 Garda VR ITALY.
2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data for processing of the requested stay.
We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.
The processing of personal data must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or a set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring , storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or the destruction".
3. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6) lett. f) EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes: to provide feedback to the request for information sent by you.
4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties external to the data controller.
Personal data are not processed outside the EU Area (EEA).
5. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OR CRITERIA
If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.
6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3. is necessary in order to receive a reply to the request for information sent. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the desired information.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
When we process your personal data, you become the owner of the rights to insert, update and delete them, you can ask it at any time.
