DEAR GUESTS, DEAR FRIENDS, IN 2026 WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR 60th ANNIVERSARY: 1966 – 2026

Already in 1966, when tourism was just beginning, the founders of the Residence Gino and Rosa, demonstrated great insight, welcoming the first guest of Residence VILLA ROSA. Today they are backed by their children Barbara and Paolo together with his wife Valeria, and daughter Yvonne.

They were the first in Garda to believe in a new type of customer looking for a relaxing holiday in an apartment, creating the first, proper Touristic Residence in Garda. Always, since opening, available for customers a swimming pool, the first in the town of Garda.

Initially the Residence was made up of the main building, Villa Rosa (dedicated to the founder and builder Gino and his tireless, hardworking wife Rosa and his mamma Rosa) and the swimming pool.

Then in 1974 the first large amplification, with the construction of Villino Barbara and Villino Paolo, the two buildings dedicated to their children, Villino Paolo & Villino Barbara.

In 1985 after buying the neighboring properties, the sport centre was built, reserved exclusively for our customers.

In 1987 the old, dear swimming pool was demolished (which had, among other things the shape of Lake Garda) to create a larger and more functional one.

Our KyosK.One Pool Bistrò, opened in 2019, offers a wide selection of drinks & food. Let yourself be pampered with our proposals: a first course of the day, pizza, snacks, salads (also take-away). Obviously for the sweet tooth, our desserts and ice creams. Wide selection of beers (including craft and local), wine, liqueurs, bitters, grappa, soft and long drinks. You can only find our placemats here, they are all unique pieces and you can take them home, laminate them and reuse them. All our dishes are made on the spot, there is nothing ready. We use many local ingredients.

Over the years the apartments have undergone various renovations and annually during winter, upgrades are made to improve the Residence and the Apartments.

We wish to share the joy of this anniversary with all our clients, in particular with our loyal guests, thanking them for their loyalty over the years.
