PRICE-LIST : WEEKLY-RATE AND NIGHT-RATE (for short Holiday) Arrival and departure: every-day on request in winter
OUR PRICES ARE FOR APARTMENTS INCLUDING: ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, BED SHEETS, SAT-TV with DVD-PLAYER, WALL-SAFE, CLEANING UPON LEAVING, HEATING (in Winter), FREE ENTRANCE IN A CONVENTIONED FITNESS-CENTRE. FOR LONG STAY IN WINTER, SPECIAL-PRICES. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
We inform you that from the year 2011, the italian local authorithies have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never been included in our offers and, if it will be applicable, must pe paid by the client directly at the residence.

| PAYMENTS Balance to be paid upon arrival. We are sorry, but we do not accept payments by POS and /or credit cards. | ||
| BOOKINGS The booking is valid when a deposit of 150,00 has been paid with balance upon arrival. We can only temporarily hold an apartment booked by phone (or e-mail or fax). A booking is valid only after receiving a written request and deposit on your behalf. | ||
| RULES - please notify us when booking, the exact number of persons and ages; - it is not possible to put other beds into the type of apartment booked. - For the safety of our hotel guests, please note that visitors are only permitted if announced to the management in advance. - In case you should arrive later or leave earlier than scheduled, the management reserves the right to invoice the entire stay. - Penality for Cancellation: is loss of deposit - Animals allowed only with its complete equipment from the bed, blanked, ... - Also in Italy you must separate the refuse (info by the Reception) - Cleaning of the dishware and the garbage disposal are not included. - The costumer unconditionally accept the regulations of Residence Villa Rosa | ||
| SECURITY For the safety of our clients the residence has an anti-intrusion alarm installed along the whole perimeter and of video surveillance. | ||
| POOL The pool is open from 1st May untill 15th October. | ||
| BAR The bar with ice-cream and sandwich, the sat-tv room and the Internet Point are closed from 15th October to 1st May. | ||
| PARKING Our guests have reserved, a free parking bay inside Residence Villa Rosa and also close to the town centre of Garda. The car park is fenced and closed with a gate (each guest has a key ). Residence Villa Rosa is not responsible for damages or thefts to parked cars. | ||
| VALUABLES Each apartment has its own wall-safe, which is of free use of our guests. Residence Villa Rosa is not responsible in any way for guests valuables. | ||
| PROTECTION OF NON-SMOKERS Italian legislation does not permit smoking anywhere in the building on our property, especially in the apartments. Non-compliance with this ruling can be punished by a fine between 250 and 500. The additional expenses for the room cleaning will be added to your apartment account. | ||
| GUESTS LIABILITY Guests are liable for any kind of wilful damage to the interior, equipment, building, estate or any other property belonging to Residence Villa Rosa. | ||
