OUR PRICES ARE PER WEEK FOR APARTMENTS INCLUDING: WELCOME DRINK, TAXES, ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, BED SHEETS, WALL-SAFE, CLEANING UPON LEAVING.
These services are not included for stays of less than one week and/or for special offers.

  • Children 0-3 years: FREE
  • Parking: Reserved, free parking inside the Residence and also in the town of Garda.
  • Wall-safe in apartment: FREE
  • Sport Equipment: FREE (except for mountain bikes and tennis)
  • Deck chairs and beach umbrellas: FREE
  • International Library: FREE
  • Barbecue area: available completely FREE for our guests
  • Shuttle service: FREE – to the town of Garda and to the nearby supermarket reserved for our guests without a car.
  • Free entrance in a conventioned Fitness-Centre

PAYABLE EXTRA SERVICES:
  • Towels: €5,00 per person on each change.
  • Childs bed (cot): €15,00 per week (including bed sheets)
  • Buffet breakfast: €8,00 per person - €4,00 for children
  • Animals: €15,00 per week
  • Coin washing machine: €2,50 per coin (detergent included)
  • Upon request: bikes (mountain bikes and trekking), Sat TV, garage for cars.

PAYMENTS
Balance to be paid upon arrival.
We are sorry, but we do not accept payments by POS and /or credit cards.
BOOKINGS
The booking is valid when a deposit of € 150,00 (for apartments Type IGA 2 and IGA 3) or € 250,00 (for apartments Type IGA 4 and IGA 5) has been paid with balance upon arrival.We can only temporarily hold an apartment booked by phone (or e-mail or fax). A booking is valid only after receiving a written request and deposit on your behalf.
RULES
- please notify us when booking, the exact number of persons and ages;
- it is not possible to put other beds into the type of apartment booked.
SECURITY
For the safety of our clients the residence has an anti-intrusion alarm installed along the whole perimeter and of video surveillance.
PARKING
Our guests have reserved, a free parking bay inside Residence Villa Rosa and also close to the town centre of Garda. The car park is fenced and closed with a gate (each guest has a key ). Residence Villa Rosa is not responsible for damages or thefts to parked cars.
VALUABLES
Each apartment has its own wall-safe, which is of free use of our guests. Residence Villa Rosa is not responsible in any way for guests valuables.
